Description
Abstract:-
Gold nanoparticles (GNP) show easily tunable physical properties, including unique electronic properties, optical properties, robustness, and high surface areas making them ideal candidates for developing chemical sensors and biosensors. The present is an escalating stipulate for the uncomplicated, low-priced and swift analytical tests to reconcile the concentrations of environmental and biological compounds. One such field that offers great scope is chemically modified electrodes (CMEs) [1]. In recent years there has been immense interest in the fabrication, characterization and application of redox mediators such as Ni (II) hexacyanoferrate in addition to crossbreed associated with nanoparticles such as GNPs to augment the selectivity as robust as consideration of the working electrode. In the present work, the fabrication of paraffin wax composite electrode with GNPs and nickel hexacyanoferrates 5 (NiHCF) with the help of L- cysteine as linker be done. GNPNiHCF paraffin wax complex electrode showed good sensitivity and discerning on L-dopa, (DA), (AA) hydrazine (HYD) sensor.
