Bipin Joseph, a Marine Engineer by profession, has a keen interest in reading books. He carries a good collection of books along with him while sailing at sea. It was this interest and the support of his partner Dr. P.F. Steffi (who is also the Editor-in-Chief), that triggered him to start this all-new venture.

She was awarded JRF for her Doctorate program as well as the Best Oral Presenter in the National and International symposium, which makes her an outstanding student of her time. Her achievements include 2 books and 3 chapters, published about 20 research articles in both national and international journals, has presented in more than 6 international conferences and has participated in more than 50 seminars, conferences, and workshops to add to her credentials.
