
A One-day international webinar was organized on 20 February, 2021 at 5 PM by Ryan Publishers on the topic, “Neuro Linguistic Programming for effective Faculty and Student communication” presented by the resource person, Dr. Swati Padoshi.
Dr. Swati Padoshi, is currently an advisor at Twaran and the vice president at the centre for human development & neuro linguistic research.
She has completed her PhD, MBA & BCOM and is a Certified NLP practitioner, Certified Hypnotist, Certified Advance Life Coach, Certified EI and Happiness Coach, Certified Corporate Director and so on. Our resource person is a behavioural specialist with over 20 years of corporate and academic experience. She is an avid learner and is someone who is keen on personal and professional development. This has led her to become a “Certified Corporate Director” from Institute of directors.
Dr.Swati is awarded with “Emerging Women Leadership awards Education” by Higher education forum in 2018. She was Awarded for exemplary service in the field of Research and Development by Shri. JJT university in 2019. And was Awarded with “Eminent Educationist Award -2020 by Global Eminence Awards”
The session started with the resource person discussing about the important aspects of a student teacher relationship. The resource person explain how neuro linguistic programming is related with various areas such as, coaching, experience, personal development, achieving goals and so on. Then the best ways of connecting with students was explained. The importance of communicating better was also clarified to the audience. SMART goals were elucidated in a deep manner and the session was concluded with the importance of connecting with students through proper communication.
