The book entitled “Clinical Disorders of Biochemical metabolism”, is a cumulative effort dedicated by a team of professors working in various colleges in Department of Biochemistry. The book is divided into 5 different chapters for the convenience of the learners. The book begins with general clinical lab practices and procedures followed by disorders in the metabolism. The authors of the book are aspiring young professors willing to contribute and share the knowledge for the benefit of the students/learners and make them gain interest in the field of Biochemistry. Each chapter defines the learning objective and bestows in-depth knowledge relevant to the topic. Chapters in the book describe in detail about the metabolic diseases, symptoms, diagnostic procedures, methodologies and interpretations of results. The book covers all the concepts needed by Medical and Life science students. The illustrations represented in the book is presented in an appropriate manner to make the learners understand the concept easily.
