A One-day international webinar was organized on 02 January, 2021 at 5.00 PM by Ryan Publishers on the topic, “Integrating Learning with the Neurological Design of the Learner” presented by the resource person, Dr.RKS Mangesh Dash.
Dr. Mangesh, is currently the President of the, Centre for Human Development and Neuro Linguistic Research. He also serves as the Vice President of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming, India. Our resource person has extended his proficiency as a HR Consultant, Trainer and coach. He is also the advisor as well as the co-founder of TWARAN, a Leading Management Consulting and Corporate Training Organisation.
He’s been awarded the gold medal for HR by the National Institute of Personnel Management and has also been awarded the 2nd best research paper by the Indian society of training and development. DR. Mangesh has also been certified as a life coach, a clinical counsellor and an NLP psychotherapist.
The session started with the resource person discussing about the mechanisms that is necessary to be remembered while learning about important concepts and theories. He also spoke about the importance of knowing about one’s unique qualities that would make a person successful.
Dr. Mangesh, also discussed about the importance of questioning “why” certain things happen that way. As the session continued the resource person also highlighted how the language patterns that people use, neurologically programs their mind and helps them achieve success. The importance of the connecting with the five sensory senses, identifying them and the pattern of brain functioning was also discussed.
