Description
The purpose of this laboratory manual is to introduce undergraduate students to learn the techniques used in biochemistry laboratories and ensure that the students are expected to be familiar with the general principles behind each experiment. It provides structured guidance to both the lab instructor and the students. It has been written in simple language for easy understanding of basic concepts of practical biochemistry and the formation of working reagents has also been described in each experiment. Hence, it will be also useful for any student attending different theoretical or practical biochemistry courses.
